Reuse Award Trophies

A set of trophies made for The Reuse Network, a nationwide charity that seeks to tackle waste and improve the lives of those on low incomes through a national network of furniture shops, employment and training opportunities.

The brief was to use recycled or reused material to reference what they do. In this design I reused parts of a broken washing machine, the spiral is made from the drum and the white strip around the middle is part of the outside case. The turned sycamore wooden base is laser etched with the Reuse logo and winners name.
